One of my favorite appetizers is a simple meat and cheese spread. Truth be told, sometimes I serve this to my family as the main course. The boys have become quite the connoisseur of fine cheese’s although they tend to pass when it comes to Cambozola. (They can’t seem to get over the whole mold thing).Here’s a sampling of our favorites: proscuitto, roasted garlic, cambazola, a baguette, and bosc pears. This combination has yet to fail.
