Nature Indoors

February 01 , 2012 by: Hong Home

Remember the snow storm a couple weeks ago? And that tree that mother nature told me to re-purpose as cheeseboards? Well I’ve gone one step further today and thought I’d bring some of it’s branches indoors. One of the things I love(d) about this tree is the moss. Isn’t that texture gorgeous? So what are your thoughts about bringing nature indoors? Is this a trend gone awry or will it be here to stay?

  • Here’s how I look at sailing: 80% cocktails & charcuterie, 15% high stress, and 5% life threatening. I kinda want to work on that 5%. Anyone know of adult swim classes or better yet have a private pool so I can work on becoming a more confident swimmer? .

  • You guys, I attended a workshop today and met some amazing women. I’m not sure what actually prompted me to get myself there but what I do know is that I left feeling really inspired and want to continue meeting awesome people. BTW, if you haven’t checked out citygirlandthesea.com lately, it got a little refresh thanks to @sailinglutris . Check it out and let me know what you think! Thanks @huckleberryproduction and the rest of your amazing team for a fun Saturday afternoon!

  • Baked macaroni and cheese is a classic and it's even better with that crispy cheese crust right from the oven. #bakedmacaroniandcheese #macaroniandcheesebaked #macandcheese #bakedmacandcheese
